Dance is proven to promote physical, cognitive and emotional health benefits for all ages. The balanced workout improves posture, stamina, agility and flexibility, while exercising the mind through focus, coordination and motor skills development. Dancing can relieve stress, enhance self-confidence and aid general wellbeing.

Classes at Dance For All are a great way to exercise and provide a progressive learning experience, allowing young people to hone their dance skills whist building a more flexible and supple body. And they will make new friends in a safe environment. We are an inclusive and friendly school and know how to nurture technique and talent whilst having lots of fun too!

For OLDER CHILDREN & TEENS we offer RAD Ballet (Royal Academy of Dance). From Nursery, through all grades up to professional level Advanced 2.
